Once the concept is agreed, we refine the details: from materials, finishes and colours to lighting, bespoke joinery and furniture selections. This stage defines the overall character of your home and brings the design vision to life.
Detailed drawings and specifications are prepared to communicate the design to contractors and suppliers. These include layouts, joinery details, lighting and electrical plans, and material schedules to ensure the project is delivered accurately.
We manage sourcing and procurement, obtaining quotes, placing orders and tracking lead times. Every element is coordinated within the project timeline, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with installation stages.
Throughout construction, we liaise with contractors and trades, carry out site visits and address any design-related queries. Our supervision ensures the design intent is maintained and details are executed to the highest standard.
When works are complete, we coordinate furniture and accessory installations, final styling and finishing touches. Each element is curated with care to create a space that feels natural, harmonious and tailored for you.
