OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
Every project begins with a home visit to understand your space, lifestyle and aspirations. We discuss your goals, take measurements and notes, and begin to define the vision and practical requirements for your renovation or redecoration.
We develop the initial concept and spatial layout, focusing on flow, proportion and functionality. Early design ideas are presented through sketches and moodboards to ensure the creative direction feels aligned with how you want to live in the space.
Once the concept is agreed, we refine the details: from materials, finishes and colours to lighting, bespoke joinery and furniture selections. This stage defines the overall character of your home and brings the design vision to life.
Where needed, we prepare detailed drawings and specifications to communicate the design to contractors and suppliers. Depending on your project, these may include layouts, joinery details, lighting and electrical plans, and material schedules to guide accurate implementation.
We manage sourcing and procurement, obtaining quotes, placing orders and tracking lead times. Every element is coordinated within the project timeline, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with installation stages.
You don’t need to chase every supplier, answer every site question or manage every delivery. You stay involved where your input matters. We take care of the hundreds of moving parts behind it. Giving you back time, clarity and confidence throughout the process.
Throughout realisation, we liaise with contractors and trades, manage site visits, and address any design-related queries. Our supervision ensures we maintain the design intent and execute details to the highest standard.

When works are complete, we coordinate furniture and accessory installations, final styling and finishing touches. Each element is curated with care to create a space that feels natural, harmonious and tailored for you.
Staying at home during the works?
Many of our clients do. We have extensive experience working around an occupied home, planning the sequence of works, access and temporary arrangements to minimise disruption to your routine.
