Crouch End House
Refurbishment
This detached North London home began as a neutral interior defined by grey walls, a grey kitchen and standard lighting. The clients wanted to infuse the space with individuality, and colour became the central design tool to bring their ideas to life while incorporating pieces of existing furniture that carried personal value.
The redesign introduced a soft, feminine open-plan kitchen and seating area, where pinkish walls and a floral pattern create warmth and lightness. In contrast, the adjoining lounge embraces a deep blue palette for a more grounded, masculine feel. The hallway connects these two spaces, acting as a quiet transition that leads to the upper level with serene, light-filled bedrooms.
