When a family moved into a contemporary new-build home in Muswell Hill, the space felt unfamiliar and lacked the warmth of a lived-in home. The brief was to create interiors that reflected their story and lifestyle without major structural changes, focusing instead on furniture, colour and styling to bring personality and comfort.
A palette of green, earthy brown and deep orange tones, inspired by the garden, introduced energy and joy throughout. Vintage furniture, artwork by the client and family heirlooms were thoughtfully paired with modern pieces to create an interior that balances old and new in a way that feels both authentic and lived in. Subtle styling details and natural materials soften the architecture, creating a calm and welcoming backdrop for family life.
